Center for Advanced Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana, is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team!

A LOOK AT YOUR DAY
At Center for Advanced Dentistry, we believe great dental hygiene is about more than clean teeth. It's about building relationships, educating patients, and helping people feel confident about their oral health.
You'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while working closely with our dentist and dental team.
Our typical hygiene day includes:
  • Approximately 8–10 patients per day.
  • Comprehensive preventive and periodontal care.
  • Patient education focused on oral health and overall wellness.
  • Daily morning team huddles Monday through Thursday.
  • Collaboration with an experienced dentist and supportive team.
MEET YOUR TEAM
You'll be joining a dedicated dental team that includes:
  • One Experienced Lead Dentist
  • One Full-Time Lead Front Desk Coordinator
  • One Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist
  • Two Full-Time Dental Assistants

PRACTICE TECHNOLOGY & INFORMATION
  • Practice Management Software: Dentrix
  • Accepts a variety of dental insurance plans.
  • Collaborative environment with an emphasis on patient education, teamwork, and quality care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an RDH who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients, takes pride in providing excellent care, and brings a positive attitude to the office.
  • Active Indiana Registered Dental Hygienist license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Local anesthetic certification preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of OSHA sterilization and infection control protocols.
  • Strong understanding of periodontal health, preventive dentistry, and the connection between oral and overall health.
  • Comfortable with digital charting and dental practice management software.
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  • Friendly, compassionate, and dependable attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy dental environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Up to $57/hour, based on experience.

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME | 2–4 DAYS PER WEEK
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
