Lake Geneva Dental, located in the heart of beautiful downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our team full-time!
With approximately 4,000 patients, an average of 40 new patients each month, and a strong hygiene program, this is an exciting opportunity to step into an established practice with a variety of clinical opportunities and a supportive team.

At Lake Geneva Dental, we provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, from children to seniors, in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
Our practice offers a broad range of services, including:
  • Crowns and bridges
  • Restorative and cosmetic dentistry
  • Implant restorations
  • Extractions
  • Emergency dental care
  • Comprehensive general and preventive dentistry
Our typical daily schedule includes:
  • Approximately 10–12 doctor patients per day, depending on provider preferences.
  • Approximately 14 hygiene exams per day.
  • A healthy mix of new and established patients.
  • Collaboration with an experienced clinical team and specialty providers.

You'll be joining a dedicated group of dental professionals who work together to provide exceptional patient care.
Our team includes:
  • One Full-Time General Dentist
  • One Part-Time Orthodontist
  • One Part-Time Oral Surgeon
  • One Office Manager
  • Two Front Desk Coordinators
  • One Insurance Coordinator
  • Three Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienists
  • One Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist
  • Three Full-Time Dental Assistants
  • One Part-Time Dental Assistant
TECHNOLOGY & EQUIPMENT
We provide the technology and tools to support efficient, high-quality dentistry.
  • Digital scanner
  • Dental laser
  • Panoramic and cephalometric imaging

  • Intraoral cameras in every operatory

PRACTICE INFORMATION
  • Approximately 4,000 patients
  • Average of 40 new patients per month
  • Insurance Mix: 57% PPO / 43% Fee-for-Service
  • In-network with Delta Dental, Cigna, Guardian, and UnitedHealthcare (DBP plans only)
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a dentist who is passionate about providing excellent care, enjoys building relationships with patients, and values working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Active Wisconsin dental license.
  • Experience providing comprehensive general dentistry.
  • Strong clinical skills and sound treatment-planning judgment.
  • Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude.

YOUR WORK SCHEDULE
FULL-TIME | FIVE DAYS PER WEEK
  1. Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  2. Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  3. Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  4. Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  5. Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
