Carkeet Dental is seeking an associate general dentist who values thoughtful diagnosis, clinical growth, and a long-term connection to the community. Start part-time with a flexible schedule and direct mentorship from Dr. Brian Carkeet, a Kois Institute graduate.

Dr. Carkeet offers direct clinical mentorship, with potential consideration of Kois-related CE support for a strong long-term fit. The preferred starting schedule is Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility across the workweek. Dentists with 2–5 years of experience are preferred, and new graduates are welcome to apply. There may also be potential for future ownership discussions, depending on mutual fit and the practice’s long-term plans. Compensation is minimum of 30% of adjusted production with a daily minimum guarantee of $600-800/day.
The office and team
Carkeet Dental is an established general dental practice in Bishop, California, with five operatories—three dedicated to doctor care and two to hygiene. The team includes two hygienists and three dental assistants. Our Kois-informed approach emphasizes comprehensive diagnosis, individualized treatment, and high-quality care. The practice is not contracted with third-party dental insurance carriers, supporting treatment decisions centered on each patient’s needs.
